All sales are subject to the following terms. Ordering from our site indicates that you have read, understood and accepted the conditions in this document.

No Price Protection or Stock Rotation

Due to the rapidly evolving nature of our business, Electronic World Outlet DOES NOT offer any type of price protection or stock rotation. We often drop prices suddenly and without notice.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order from our site - you may purchase items from $0.01 upwards.

Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards via Google Checkout. This is an easy payment system ensuring you a safe and secure transaction. For more information, please refer to http://checkout.google.com. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or Western Union.

Graded Products

Unless otherwise stated, all notebook computers are factory refurbished to a "Grade A" standard. That is, they will be in as-new working condition. We also offer "Grade B" and occasionally "Grade C" products. These will be clearly marked and contain details of the reason they have been downgraded.

All other products are new unless otherwise stated.

Free Shipping

Electronic World Outlet is pleased to offer free shipping on any notebook computer order to be shipped within the continental 48 states. Items will be sent via USPS, and insured to the value of the item. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, although we do intend the items to arrive much sooner. If you have not received your items within this time, please let us know and we will endeavour to solve the issue as soon as possible.

International Shipments

Unfortunately we cannot extend our free shipping service overseas. Please enquire about the cost of shipping if you wish the items to be sent outside of the continental 48 states.

We absolutely will not ship to Nigeria, Indonesia or other fraud hotspots.

Refused Shipments

If an item is refused delivery and returned to us for any reason, the customer will be charged any and all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Availability

Occasionally for reasons beyond our control we may run out of stock of certain items. If this occurs we will offer you an equivalent alternative product or provide a full refund if we are unable to source a suitable replacement.

Warranties

Electronic World Outlet offers Double Warranty protection on all its' notebook system sales. Please see the Warranty link above for details. If an item is found to have been damaged by the customer and sent in, no refund will be issued. We will inform the customer of such proceedings, at which point the customer may request that we return the product to them, at their expense.

Digital products (such as wireless refills) and batteries are not covered by any warranty, nor are they eligible for any refunds.

Returned Items

If a returned hardware item is found to be in working order, Electronic World Outlet will charge a 15% restocking fee. No refund can or will be issued if the unit is damaged due to fault of the customer. This includes shipment of goods being returned to us - it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the item is well packaged when being returned.

We cannot issue refunds for opened software products unless there is a manufacturing defect, this is to prevent unauthorized copying.

Wireless refill products will not be refunded under any circumstances as we cannot test whether or not they have been used.
